Martina Palomino-Schätzlein, from ProtoQSAR, is currently undertaking a secondment in the laboratory of Prof. Howard Fearnhead at the University of Galway as part of her research journey.
During this period, Martina is focusing on testing various compounds on proteins involved in cell death, aiming to explore their interactions and potential biological implications. This hands-on research complements her expertise in computational modeling, strengthening the connection between in silico predictions and experimental validation.
