David Talavera Cortés, from ProtoQSAR, is currently undertaking a one-month secondment in the laboratory of Prof. Leif Eriksson at Göteborgs universitet as part of his PhD research.
During his stay, David is applying molecular modelling techniques to the computational study of protein complexes involved in programmed cell death. He’s focusing on the in silico characterization of specific protein domains that drive assembly and function of these biologically critical assemblies.
This hands-on experience reinforces our interdisciplinary collaboration and advances the project’s mission of integrating computational approaches to unravel complex cellular processes.
